Real Estate division is the
latest edition to the Abdulaziz A R Alsuhaimi & Son’s
co. family. The division operates under the name of Jona
Aljazeera and
has exclusive rights of marketing, managing, and maintaining
all properties owned by our mother company. Our first project
was Elixir commercial center, which was built in 2002 and completed
in 2004 over an area of 9000 m2.
The
commercial center includes a large size supermarket
(3200 m2) and a verity of different sized shops, offices,
and restaurants. Tenants of the Elixir commercial include
world known chains such as Safeway Supermarket (Tamimi
Markets), Dominos Pizza, Pizza Hut, and other locally
known companies.

Our mother company also
owns land that is capable of hosting large-scale industries.
The land is approximately 60,000 m2 and has easy access
to Jubail road. The land is partially leased to Najdia
Dairy Company, Tropica Hortiplan, and Alotaibi Engineering.
