Introduction:
Departure Travel & Tour Agency (DTA) started its operations
initially in Dammam – Saudi Arabia in the year 2000 and
later opened a branch in Alkhobar. The Dammam office was closed
in the year 2004 as the Dammam operations were affected by
road construction and interruption of traffic flow to the branch.
A partnership between AbdulAziz AR. Alsuhaimi & Son’s
Co. and Mr. Ali Othman Alsabit changed the ownership of DTA
in 2004 as both partners foreseen the potential of this partnership.
Our goal is to be “a leader and a trend setter in the
travel & tour industry”. We are confident that our
goal will be met through the following objectives:

Alkhobar Office:
Alkhobar office is our main office of operations and is located
in the prestigious Dossary Towers on Dhahran – Khobar
road. The location is a prime location as it is in a known
and well-established commercial area. The office has private
and public parking space. Also, the location is considered
the destination to visit to make airline reservations since
many airline offices are just next-door.
Licenses & Permits:
DTA is holding all required governmental licenses and permits
necessary to operate as a travel and tour agency. In addition,
DTA is a licensed IATA member as presented in the attachments.
Reservation System:
DTA obtains its reservations through amadeus system of reservation.

Accounting Information:
DTA is part of a limited liability company and therefore has
to provide an official audited report every year. Auditing
is provided by a legal and professional auditing firm (Almogren
Accounting office) and a copy of the audited report is submitted
to ministry of commerce annually.
Saudi Fransi Bank provides us with the bank facilities and
we have an account with National Commercial.
